Weaponry in the Sikh Faith lecture
Quad, Derby
21/02/2024

Great to be in Derby today where i can give an overview on weaponry in the Sikh faith.
This was to volunteers at Kedleston Hall,(National Trust).

I alluded to the connection between Lord Curzon and the Maharajahs of Nabha, Patiala and others. As well as alluding to some of the arms and armour within the collection at Kedleston Hall and the importance of digitisation. I spoke about the history of weaponry in the Sikh faith and the role of Indian soldiers in the “British Indian Army” and development of the Sikh Troops War Memorial in Leicester.

Great questions from the group. Thanks to @Simransandhu for arranging the lecture.
