Special Lecture Marking the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji 
A big thank you to everyone who joined us at Khalsa Jatha Gurdwara, Holland Park, on Saturday, 22nd November 2025, for what turned out to be a deeply engaging and reflective event.
I delivered a powerful lecture titled “Relics and Artefacts of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.” The talk explored an impressive range of material connected to the ninth Guru — including Nishans of the Guru, several of his shastars, historic frescoes, and rarely seen portraits that shed fresh light on his life and legacy.
These insights offered the sangat a richer understanding of the Guru’s spiritual authority, artistic representations, and the enduring significance of these treasured relics.
As we marked the 350th Shaheedi Diwas, the audience gathered in remembrance of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s supreme sacrifice — a timeless stand for freedom of faith and human rights.
The event created a meaningful space to reconnect with Sikh heritage and draw strength from the Guru’s message of courage, compassion, and unwavering righteousness.
